I am a licensed Real Estate Broker and obtained my Real Estate License originally in 1977. Working with Investors to best manage and grow the value and income of their Real Estate investments has been my focus for the last 10 years. I have done blueprints and custom home design for some 35 years before that time. I am well versed in working with materials and the trades, and guiding vendors to best maintain the value of a home or investment. Having done Property Management in the Bryan/College Station area for the last ten years, I am very knowledgeable in the pricing and availability of rental properties.
I like to work with Owners that care about the condition of their properties and understand that that condition is tied closely to the value of their investment, both short term and long term. I will give you customized individual attention and hope to make this a "boutique" experience for you by focusing on fewer buyers, fewer properties and fewer owners and going above and beyond on "service".
